Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

The viewer node was removed by accident at 10:09 UTC. Once found that no media servers were available in the region we immediately added viewer nodes back to the region. This affected viewers to can't watch videos for around 8 minutes. (10:09 - 10:17 UTC).
